My stay at the hotel was pretty cool overall. The room had a view over a service entrance and was dark but quite spacious, most likely due to a big group of tourists who had booked many weeks earlier and there was a mix-up in room allocations. The location was simply excellent for getting around Cusco easily, which might be the only reason I'd consider staying here again.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with storage and a safety deposit box, but they were clean yet shabby. The service was helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport, but there were issues with incorrect charges and the heater taking time to warm up. The location was excellent for exploring Cusco with restaurants nearby, but some rooms were left uncleaned in the morning. The dining options were basic but sufficient for breakfast. Overall a decent stay with some ups and downs.
